1) What is KidWear?

KidWear is a UK-based kids’ apparel store. We design and source comfy, playful clothing and everyday accessories for children, made to mix, match, and move.

2) Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard. All payments are processed securely. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes.

3) Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Customs duties, import taxes, and local regulations may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

4) How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Flat rate worldwide shipping: £9.99 per order
Free delivery: orders over £50 (after discounts)
Typical timeframe: 3–14 business days, depending on destination and carrier. Tracking provided where available.

5) What’s your return policy?

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery if unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags. Refunds are processed within 14 days after inspection. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

6) Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched, you can request a cancellation within 14 days. Email info@kidwear.co.uk with your order number.

9) My order is delayed or missing—what should I do?

We’ll update you if delays occur. If your parcel seems lost or arrives damaged, contact us — we’ll liaise with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

10) Can I exchange an item?

At the moment we process exchanges by return + new purchase. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size/style you want.

11) Which sizes do you offer?
