Choosing the right hoodie or tee is easier when you understand two things: fit and fabric weight (GSM). This guide breaks down the common fit types, how fabric weight changes the feel, and how to care for pieces so prints stay sharp longer.
1) Hoodie fit guide: classic vs relaxed vs oversized
Fit changes silhouette and vibe. Here’s a quick visual to help you choose the right one for your style.
Classic Fit

2) Fabric weight (GSM) — what it means
GSM = grams per square meter. Higher GSM generally means a thicker, warmer fabric and a more structured hand-feel. Use this cheat sheet when picking tees, sweatshirts and hoodies:
T-Shirts
- 120–150 GSM: airy summer layers; very breathable.
- 160–185 GSM: all-season balance (our most popular range).
- 200+ GSM: premium hand, more structure, cooler days.
Hoodies & Sweatshirts
- 240–280 GSM: light/transitional layers; packable.
- 300–360 GSM: year-round comfort without bulk.
- 380–450 GSM: thick, warm, structured silhouettes.
3) Reading photos: length, shoulders, sleeve drop
- Length: hem ~ mid-fly (hoodies) or at hip (tees) for everyday proportions.
- Shoulders: seams on shoulder bone = classic; past the bone = relaxed/oversized.
